St. Clair County Agricultural Society
This will be our 75th Annual county fair and it will be held July 23rd - 28th, 2012 at the beautiful Goodells County Park in Goodells, Michigan. Goodells County Park is one of the many parks owed by St. Clair County. In 2011 we had 900+ 4-H and youth members participate at the fair, with fair attendance being 100,000+.

Fair Board Directors
There are currently 18 Fair Board Directors which volunteer there time to put on a successful county fair year after year. These Directors are elected for a three year term and sit on many committees that provide for all of the services and infrastructure that is required to put on the county fair.

Meetings
- Monthly meetings are held the second Monday of every month @ 7:00 p.m. at Goodells County Park.
Membership

Any person paying for a weekly admission pass for The Fair shall become a member of The Society for a period of one (1) fiscal year, as described in Article VII (of the by-laws). This membership in The Society will be validated by turning in the signed ticket stub provided with the weekly admission pass.

The Fair project superintendents, 4-H Council members and Board of Directors of The Society are deemed to be members of The Society without complying with Article II, Section I (of the by-laws), because of their voluntary contributions of time and talents toward The Society's purpose as stated in Article I.

The Board of Directions of The Society may bestow the privilege of Honorary Life Membership in The Society upon individuals it deems deserving. The honor will exempt the individual from complying with Article II, Section 1 to obtain membership into The Society.

The following shall be ex-officio, non-voting members of The Society: St. Clair County Cooperative Extension Service's Director and the St. Clair County Cooperative Extension Service's 4-H Representative.

Only individuals are eligible for membership in The Society under any section of Article II (of the by-laws).

Regardless of how many sections of Article II an individual qualifies for membership in The Society, an individual is entitled to only one (1) membership vote.
